Customer Success Manager

Gobiva is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us grow our existing accounts.

If you are a fluent English speaker, with impressive communication skills, have a proven sales track record and know your way with customers, you should keep reading!

Primary responsibilities:

  • Work on establishing and nurturing the relationships with our existing customers
  • Onboard new customers
  • Be the voice of the customer to mitigate and solve any risks
  • Participate in bi-weekly product demos, to monitor timelines and verify agreed deliverability
  • Produce monthly status reports for each customer assigned
  • Produce accurate projections about the future needs of the customers, the potential to sell more and identified risks
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance and Solutions architects in order to address the different needs of the customer and the process.
  • Participating in other sales efforts

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or related studies
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Proven sales track record
  • An understanding of agile methodologies in software development
  • Able to take ownership of work
  • At least 2 references from previous positions
